An applied system for real-estate conversations, and the oldest line of work in AnyLAI.

Place in the architecture

AnyImob handles enquiries across web chat and messaging, keeps the state of each conversation, answers from project documents, and hands a conversation to a person when it should. Much of what later became the trust architecture was first worked out here: confidence thresholds, human handoff and an audit history.

An existing applied implementation with a historical lineage. It predates COADF and ERQYO, and it is not described as implementing either.

Earlier names for this line of work include AnyLAI Imob and Imob Web.
