One kernel, six questions
The six research modules are not six systems. They are six vocabularies over one application kernel, which already keeps cases, a hash-chained event timeline, evidence with custody, tasks, the acts of people with authority, and typed links between cases. A module adds the concepts its question needs and nothing the kernel already has: no second event table, no second chain.
